Our Objectives 
GTUF is facilitated by GTUF Australia Pty Ltd. GTUF is operated independently of any gas turbine equipment manufacturers, by a team with more than 25 years’ experience in power generation technology.
GTUF provides the following services to its members:
Memberships are offered on a corporate basis, with each member company paying a single annual membership fee. Once registered as a member, member company staff have access to conference events, training days, a member-only website portal, shared technical resources and support for technical inquiries.

The Gas Turbine Users Forum (GTUF) was established by Quest Integrity Services in 2008. Founding members included Verve Energy (now Synergy), International Power (now Engie), Contact Energy (NZ), and Origin Energy.
Since inception, GTUF has provided the opportunity for technical collaboration between members to improve the reliability and performance of gas turbines via technical advice obtained independently of equipment manufacturers. GTUF has held events across Australia and New Zealand at least once annually. Events have been held in most Australian capital cities, in New Zealand and at operating customer sites.
In 2024, facilitation of GTUF has transitioned to a new entity – GTUF Australia Pty Ltd. GTUF Australia is independent of equipment manufacturers, and intends to continue the good work of GTUF as an independent technical collaboration forum for gas turbine owners.
